The founder & Principal Designer
A graduate of the Nottingham School of Architecture with Honours, Simran Sethia established her Mumbai-based practice in 2024 after working with leading architecture and interior design studios in the city. Her work spans residential and commercial projects, united by a considered approach to space, materiality and the experience of those who inhabit them.
At the core of her practice is a collaborative process shaped by listening. By understanding each client's vision, lifestyle or brand, she creates environments that are both highly functional and distinctly personal. From private homes to commercial spaces, every project is approached as a complete composition, where architecture, interiors and detail work together seamlessly.
Simran personally leads each commission from concept to completion, ensuring a thoughtful, cohesive outcome that is tailored to its context and built to endure.

Our philosophy is rooted in clean lines, thoughtful restraint, and the idea that less can be more when every element has purpose. We use light, colour, material, and proportion with intention, creating minimal spaces that still carry warmth, character, and a distinct point of view. For us, design is about balance: simple yet expressive, refined with just the right touch of pop.
